For Mentors & Sponsors

Advancement requires advocacy.

We are building a structured sponsorship cohort for senior professionals who are ready to commit to a six-month advocacy journey. This means more than giving advice. It means making introductions, recommending emerging leaders, and using your influence intentionally.

If you are ready to actively sponsor the next generation, we invite you to apply.
